Man in his 50s dies in Donegal crash

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

A MAN IN his 50s has died in a crash in Donegal today.

Gardaí said the incident happened on a minor road at Curransport, Gortahork in Donegal between 1.30am and 11.30am.

They said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

A garda spokesman said: “Gardaí in Falcarragh, Donegal, are investigating a single vehicle road traffic collision in which a man in his late 50′s has died. The man was the sole occupant of the car.

“The body has been removed for post-mortem and the scene has been preserved for forensic collision investigators.”
